Barbecued Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, melt margarine.
    Add celery and onion; cook until clear.
    Add chicken soup and broth, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour into a casserole dish; add rice and garlic salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
