Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, baking powder, sugar, salt and seasonings.
In small bowl, combine milk and eggs thoroughly. Blend in molasses and oil.
Pour batter into 2 greased square baking pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown. Remove pans.
Use toothpick to test for doneness.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 9 to 10.
