Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat until well blended. Add egg and beat just until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda; add to creamed mixture.
    Mix until blended.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with fork.
    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown.
    Remove cookies to foil to cool.
