Catfish House Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. green tomatoes
1 pt. hot pepper
1 pt. white vinegar
1 qt. onions
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt

Preparation

Quarter tomatoes and onions.
Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil or until the tomatoes turn light green; do not boil. Gently stir
a couple of times. Seal in hot jars.
