Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 medium size potato
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 1/2 c. water (including potato water)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mash potato; add salt, yeast, shortening, water and sugar until dissolved.
    Add to flour; knead.
    Shape into ball.
    Cover with cloth.
    Let rise double size.
    Punch down.
    Add 1/4 cup of sugar; mix and let rise again.
    Roll out dough and spread with butter, white sugar, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
    Roll up; cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place in pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
