Whipped Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. butter
1 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. water
Preparation

Allow
butter
to
soften at room temperature.
Combine nonfat dry
milk and water.
Add reconstituted milk to soften butter
in mixer bowl.
Blend on low speed, then whip on high speed.
Yields 98 (2 1/2 teaspoon) portions.
