Low-Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tomato
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. instant rice
1 egg
Cajun seasoning (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Slice tomato and lay on top of loaf.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
