Injero(Flat Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Add this to the dry ingredients.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into a hot, greased skillet.
    Fry the batter like pancakes.
    Drain each bread cake on a paper towel.
    Roll up, jelly roll fashion.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 24.
