Kentucky Bourbon Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot dogs
3/4 c. bourbon whiskey
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation

Cut hot dogs into 1/2-inch pieces and simmer in a large kettle with the remaining ingredients for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add a little more bourbon if sauce gets too dry. Do not cover.
Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks.
