Buttermilk Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat buttermilk, oil
    and
    eggs
    with rotary egg beater until well blended.
    In
    a large bowl, combine dry ingredients with shredded cheese.
    Add
    egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just moist.
    Pour into greased pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) and bake for 45 to
    50
    minutes
    at
    375\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert on rack until cool.
