Heavenly Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; beat in egg and molasses.
    Combine dry ingredients and mix slowly with wet.
    Roll into teaspoon size balls.
    Dip in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
