Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
1 c. fresh finely chopped mushrooms
2 bay leaves
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. paprika
5 large peeled chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
This sauce is excellent on baked fish, veal or chicken.
One half gram of fat per serving and 28 calories.
Makes 8 servings.
