Vitamin Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded green cabbage
    1/2 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 large grated carrot
    1 unpeeled apple, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and serve cold.
