Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1 c. brown sugar (can use less)
Preparation

Put apples in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour water over.
Work the flour, margarine and brown sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
