Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage (Southern Belle)
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese (Coon brand)
Preparation
    Mix bulk sausage with packed biscuit mix.
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Add cheese to sausage mixture and stir to make an even blend of ingredients.
    Make into tiny balls and freeze. Thaw when ready to bake on ungreased baking sheet in a hot 400\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve piping hot. Yields 100 to 150 balls.
