Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cream cheese (soft)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 grated peel from fresh lemon
    juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
    8 eggs (blend 1 egg at a time)
    1 large sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Use spring-form pan.
    Grease pan with melted butter. Roll crushed graham crackers around pan.
    Fill pan with mixture and place in another pan.
    Pour water in outside pan until there is 1/2 inch of water standing in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake is lightly browned.
