Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2/3 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine everything except whipping cream.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Cool 5 minutes.
Stir in whipping cream.
Serve warm over ice cream or cake.
Store refrigerated.
