Mexican Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 steak, cut in small cubes
5 medium size potatoes, cut in small cubes
2 onions
2 jalapeno peppers
cumin to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. water
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry steak in lots of grease in a large pot. Add potatoes, onions, peppers, cumin, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Let fry until potatoes are done, then drain grease. Add tomato sauce and water and let simmer about 10 minutes.
