Kim'S Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat pudding, sugar and milk until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan lightly with margarine.
    Place layer of whole graham crackers on bottom of pan; top with half of the pudding mixture and add another layer of graham crackers.
    Add the rest of the pudding mixture and finish with another layer of graham crackers.
    Ice with Chocolate Icing.
