Deluxe Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter (can omit)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    crushed corn flakes as needed
Preparation
    Mix altogether and top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes that have been mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Make night before and refrigerate overnight. Cover with foil or Saran Wrap until ready to bake.
