Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix well with fork. Add shortening and mix well until crumbly.
    In a small bowl, beat together with fork the water, vinegar and egg.
    Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until all ingredients are moistened. Wrap in waxed paper.
    Put in plastic bag and freeze to keep for further use.
    Will make 2 large double crust pies.
