Daddy Hillyers Hunters Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage meat (room temperature)
6 slices stale and toasted bread, make into crumbs
6 small hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 small raw egg, beaten
Preparation

Beat raw egg.
Mix sausage and 1/2 of bread crumbs well. Season boiled eggs with salt and pepper; pull off part of sausage mixture (about golf ball size) and flatten in your hand.
Roll boiled egg in beaten egg and wrap completely with sausage, leaving no holes.
Roll sausage covered egg in beaten egg again and in bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
