Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. thick sour cream or 1/2 c. yogurt and 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together two times the flour, corn meal, soda, cream of tartar, salt and sugar.
    Add egg, butter, sour cream and milk. Mix thoroughly and pour in 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
