Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sliced peaches
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. pancake mix
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Cook peaches, juice and tapioca until thickened.
    Combine batter and pour over fruit in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
