Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    pinch of pepper, thyme, rosemary, parsley and basil
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, saute mushrooms, celery, green peppers and onion.
    Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, pepper and herbs.
    Simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add remaining broth, cooked rice and cooked chicken.
    Mix together and pour into baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
