Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco (no oil, lard or butter)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt together.
    Add Crisco and mix until crumbly.
    Beat egg slightly. Add the water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Divide into 5 portions.
    Chill before using.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days or freeze.
