Pea Pods And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen Chinese pea pods
    2 red peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices and separated into rings
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Steam pea pods until crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Cook and stir red peppers and onion in oil and margarine in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until peppers are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in pea pods, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until pea pods are hot, about 1 minute.
    Makes 8 servings.
