Holiday Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Ready-Crust (butter flavored)
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. cholesterol free egg product
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt or light lemon or lemon chiffon
whipped topping
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light and fluffy.
Gradually add lemon juice and egg product.
Mix well. Add lemon yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Pour in prepared crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, until center is set.
Cool. Serve with whipped topping on top.
