Chili Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. water
6 oz. tomato juice
1 chicken bouillon cube
dash of garlic
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. chili powder
4 oz. tuna
Preparation
-
Put in pan and bring almost to a boil (if it boils it will ruin taste).
Add 4 ounces tuna to mixture.
(Very good when you want something hot and quick.)
One serving = 4 proteins, 1 vegetable and 10 optional calories.
