Smoked Sausage Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
3 small tomatoes, cut in 6ths
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 c. drained pineapple chunks
Preparation

Saute green pepper, onion, tomatoes and sausage in butter. Combine cornstarch, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce and preserves. Stir into sausage mixture.
Cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
Mix in pineapple chunks and heat.
Serve with rice.
