Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions; then drain.
    Cook onion and pepper (optional) in butter or margarine until tender.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add milk.
    Cook over low heat until thick; stir constantly.
    Add pimento, soup and tuna.
    Stir together.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
