Ingredients

1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. plain yogurt (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler, cut in pieces
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle garlic salt, paprika and basil over chicken pieces.
In small bowl, stir 1/2 cup yogurt and soy sauce until creamy.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Brush with yogurt mixture.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
Turn chicken over and baste with juices.
Bake another 20 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, stir 1/2 cup of yogurt and flour until creamy.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle cheese over chicken.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
