Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients.
Combine pumpkin, oil and water.
Beat eggs and add to oil mixture.
Make a well in flour mixture. Add oil mixture and stir until well mixed.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test with toothpick.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool on rack.
Makes 2 loaves.
