Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. pizza sauce
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
green pepper rings
Preparation

Combine meat, oats, milk, eggs, onion, cheese and seasonings. Mix.
Press meat mixture into 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Pour off drippings.
Spread pizza sauce over meat.
Bake 10 more minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook 3 more minutes.
Garnish with green pepper rings.
