Veal Chassuer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 lb. scallopini veal
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. Madeira sauce
    1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Hunter sauce
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Dredge veal in flour.
    Saute in olive oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Add mushrooms and shallots until wilted.
    Add Madeira sauce, 1 1/2 cups water, tomato paste and sauce mix.
    Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add tarragon.
