Ingredients

16 oz. thin spaghetti
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 can Italian tomato paste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 small jar mushrooms
1 lb. ground beef
1 small pkg. pepperoni, chopped
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Bring water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoons oil to water. Add spaghetti; cook 6 minutes or until barely tender. In large skillet, brown ground beef. Then add pepperoni, spaghetti sauce and Italian tomato paste. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 3-quart baking dish with lid. Top with 2 cups cheese. Bake in microwave 15 minutes or until hot all the way through and cheese is melted.
