Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add all dry ingredients to oil and eggs.
    Blend everything and pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 70 minutes.
    Allow to cool in pan.
    Slice and serve with cream cheese or sweet butter.
