Ingredients

1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1/8 tsp. ground cardamon
8 fresh peaches or 2 (16 oz.) cans lite peaches
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

In blender, combine cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, lemon juice and cardamon.
Cover and process until smooth.
Fold in yogurt; chill.
At serving time, using a paring knife, peel, pit and slice peaches.
If you use canned peaches, drain.
Divide peaches among 8 sherbet dishes.
Spoon sauce over peaches.
