Baked Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peeled, cored and sliced baking apples
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place apples in a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Add water.
    Combine the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt together in your food processor or by rubbing with your fingers until fine crumbs are formed.
    Spread the mixture over the apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes uncovered.
    Serve cold topped with ice cream.
