Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. bell peppers
    1/4 c. celery, chopped or minced
    3 Tbsp. poultry season or sage
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1 clove garlic, chopped or minced
    2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of ground cumin (optional)
    12 crackers (crumbs)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape in a loaf.
    Let set overnight or approximately 6 hours in refrigerator.
    Cook approximately 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with a salsa sauce.
