Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    8 large stuffed pimentos, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. oats
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the beef, 1/3 cup of sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch. Spread remaining sauce over loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
