Coq Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Brown chicken breasts.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice or sliced French bread.
