Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat until light.
    Add milk and melted butter with other ingredients.
    Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
