Jerusalem Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 lb. capellini spaghetti
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs (or substitute)
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place 1 teaspoon salt in about 3 quarts water and bring to boil.
    Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
    Drain well and set aside in saucepan.
    In a medium size saucepan, heat the oil and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Stir constantly until sugar turns very dark, almost black, about 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour hot caramel into pasta immediately and mix well.
    Cool slightly.
