Sugar-Free Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 c. skim milk
1 1/3 c. mashed very ripe bananas (3 medium)
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg, oil and milk.
Stir in bananas.
Mix dry ingredients together and stir into banana mixture until flour is moistened. Fill muffin tin 1/2 full.
Bake about 23 minutes.
Let cool about 15 minutes before removing from pans to let texture firm up.
