Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put ingredients in blender at low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Angel Flake coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
