Nutty Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend sugar and margarine until creamy.
    Add flour, vanilla and pecan meal.
    Shape dough into fingers.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
