Cottage Cheese Squares(Varskeciai) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 lb. farmer cheese (cottage cheese drained thoroughly will substitute)
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together in a large mixing bowl all ingredients except the butter.
    Form into a large ball and place in refrigerator overnight or leave in freezer for 1 hour.
    Cut into 4 parts for ease of handling and roll into 4 balls.
    Roll out dough into 4 long sections approximately 1/2 inch in diameter.
    With your fingertips, flatten the rolls approximately 1/4 inch thick.
    With a knife, cut into 1-inch squares.
    Place into rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and place into serving bowl.
    Pour melted butter over the top and serve hot.
