Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (1 lb.) can shortening
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in half the shortening with two knives or pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal.
    Cut in remaining half of shortening until mixture resembles small peas.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator or a cool dry place.
    Makes about 8 cups.
