Linguine With Tuna And Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. linguine or spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 small onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped or you can use fresh tomatoes that are skinned and seeded
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 can good quality tuna, drained and flaked
    1 tsp. anchovy paste or a few anchovies, chopped fine
    1 tsp. capers, rinsed
    12 black olives, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Put the oil, onion, garlic and celery into a heavy saucepan and saute about 1 minute.
    Sprinkle with salt and sugar and saute for another 3 minutes.
